YAY for Suzanne!

I was privileged to work with Suzanne on her wedding day! I brought along 2 of my assistants ( big shout out to Laura W and Becky!) and we glamed up the whole wedding party! Suzanne and stunning and it made my day when she beamed and awwed over her makeup! I admit it I swooned alittle ;0) Congrats girlie, SO happy for you!

A month ago I got to work with Shanna! What an awesome bride! That girl rocked it out and had the most chill attitude! She married the love of her life at the herlong mansion in Micanopy on a GORGEOUS day! Congrats again girl it was a total pleasure!

Okay, okay... I'm BACK!!!!

Soooo I have been away for alittle while but I am back with a bang baby! So let the blogging update begin!

First up is the GORGEOUS Rebecca ( or Becky from our younger days, sorry had to go there!) Gratitude

Waiting on the UPS man....

Why does it seem like the UPS man takes his time when it comes to my packages??? I know I am exaggerating but I always feel like a kid at Christmas waiting! I can't wait to open up my boxes! I just placed a HUGE order from MAC and can't wait to see all my goodies! Its coming just in time because I have a rather large wedding to work this weekend ( can we say 13 girls??!!) I will also be introducing my new assistant who I love this weekend as well! I will put up a profile on her soon :0)

Yay for Katie!!!!

I had an absolute BLAST working with Katie and her girls on her wedding day! It was a rainy day but they totally rocked it including pink umbrellas! I even found out that we had all worked at the same candy store several years ago at the same time and didn't even know it!

I am such a bad blogger!

Okay, so sorry for not blogging like I should! But things are so busy and wedding session is here! YAY YAY YAY! My calender is getting very full, which means I will be posting pics of the gorgeous girls soon!

Anyways I am SO EXCITED to announce.......

yup that's right... I just received my card! I am a MAC PRO member!

I am going to be transferring to MAC. Now that means that I will be more versatile in my artistry and be able to cater to the glam and the natural bride!

Welcome Baby Meffen!!

Hey everyone! Scotty and I welcomed our son, Traysen Meffen on October 2. He is healthy and beautiful! We are so in love. Everything went well and I was only in labor for 4 hours. Here are a couple of pictures to share. Thank you everyone for your prayers and love!

Portfolio Work

I am so excited to have finally done these. We had such a fun day of hair and makeup! I met up with Deborah with Creekside clippers (who is by the way fab and does on location up-dos!) to have a day of portfolio work. All of the girls are wearing false eyelashes of all different styles. I do recommend this for a bride! Why? Well it makes you stand out and why not be a little more glam on your big day! I got to work with Kristin on her wedding day July 4th! What a great way to spend the day. Both she and her bridesmaids were so cute and a blast to be around. A month ago I was privileged to work with Sondra on her wedding day. She had such a sweet spirit! She wanted a romantic look so we did a lightly smokey eye, false lashes and rosy cheeks. I had the privilege of working with Tracey and her bridesmaids on her wedding day. First of all they were all SO gorgeous! Second the colors were hot pink!!! How fun.
